The CIA Board is pleased to launch the new 2020–2023 strategic plan and 2020–2021 operational plan, Leveraging the Strength of our Members.
Over the next three years, our strategic focus will be to enhance and promote the important give and take between association members and their profession by providing knowledge-based services and products and engaging the membership. Twelve strategic priorities will fulfill this strategic focus, and our operational objectives will support the achieving of these strategic goals.
