The mathematical mechanism of biological aging
Western University researchers Bruce Jones, FCIA, and Xiaoming Liu discuss their paper which presents a model for both the aging process and mortality. Although the two are closely related, there has not yet been a mathematical model which connects aging to mortality. This paper, which proposes such a model, was funded by the CIA’s Research Council, through the Academic Research Grant Program.
